Monthly building- Wide cleaning and maintenance plans

Tier 1 - 1 to 300 Units

$1500 Per Month

Includes hallway cleaning, stairway maintenance, light trash removal, lobby touch-ups and common area upkeep. Residents receive discounted pricing on sitters, housekeepers and stay- over cleanings.

SUBSCRIBE  

Tier 2- 301 to 600 Units

$3000 Per Month

Includes hallway cleaning, stairway maintenance, lobby touch- ups and common area upkeep for mid-size communities.  Residents receive discounted pricing on sitters, housekeepers and stay over cleanings by Added Amenity. SUBSCRIBE 

Tier 3 - 601 to 900 Units

$4500 Per Month

Includes hallway cleaning, stairway maintenance, lobby touch-ups and common area upkeep for large apartment properties. Residents receive discounted pricing on sitters, housekeepers and stay over cleanings.  SUBSCRIBE 

Tier 4 - 901 to 1000

$6000 Per Month

Includes hallway cleaning , Stairway maintenance, lobby touch-ups and communities. Residents receive discounted pricing on sitters, housekeepers and stay over cleaning. SUBSCRIBE
